What is RE-LIEF?<\/h2>\n\n

RE-LIEF is a 5-day retreat<\/a> <\/strong>developed by Ren\u00e9 Valk in collaboration with Finca EcoVida. The name says it all: re-lief, living anew. Not to fix yourself, but to come home to who you truly are. Beyond the masks, conformity, and always being \u201con.\u201d <\/p>\n\n

After arrival, the program begins at 5:00 p.m. and ends at noon on the last day. This means you\u2019ll have 5 days of activities. The program combines proven methods such as Transformational Breathing, Voice Dialogue, and Systemic Work with hiking in the mountains, silent walks, and one-on-one sessions. There\u2019s no rigid schedule, but rather a rhythm that adapts to what you and the group need. <\/p>\n\n
