Lucia is fulfilling her father\u2019s wish to introduce you to the real Tuscany\u2014its nature, tranquility, and cuisine. Let yourself be pampered and do absolutely nothing, or explore the beautiful surroundings.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Staying overnight in an apartment, room, or Glamping site<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&#8217;Antica Fornace\u2014the old kiln\u2014offers 4 apartments, a suite, and 3 Glamping tents located on the large estate.<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Il Frantoio, Il Granaio, La Limonaia, and Il Vigneto apartments accommodate 2+1 people and are located on the ground floor. At the rear of the apartments, there is a veranda with direct access to the pool.   <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La Fornace Apartment is located on the 1st floor with a beautiful view and sleeps 4+2 people, with 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Suite Le Rose is located on the first floor and features a large covered balcony with a view of the Tuscan countryside.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Glamping: The estate features 3 luxury glamping tents (Alba, Tramonto, and Bosco), each accommodating up to 5 people and featuring a double bedroom, a room with 3 beds, a bathroom with a shower, and air conditioning.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Breakfast<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your morning begins with a hearty breakfast, prepared by Lucia, featuring plenty of local, mostly organic products\u2014and, of course, a cappuccino. If you\u2019re staying in the Glamping tent, you can enjoy your breakfast on your own porch. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pasta workshops, dinners, and tastings<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During the summer months, you can take part in a pasta-making workshop with Chef Francesca, take a tour of the farm with a tasting of traditional Tuscan dishes in the garden, or enjoy a wine and olive oil tasting in the new cellar. At L&#8217;Antica Fornace, you can also purchase their homemade products: various types of honey, organic olive oil, and wines. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Organic farm<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The farm is situated amid the rolling hills of Valdera, at the foot of the picturesque village of Cedri, in the municipality of Peccioli. It is a 39-hectare farm, comprising 5 hectares of olive groves, 3 hectares of vineyards, and the rest is woodland. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Its location at approximately 230 meters above sea level, the clay-like sandy soil, and the mild maritime climate create ideal conditions for the region\u2019s distinctive products.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The farm produces organic DOC wines from native Tuscan grape varieties such as Sangiovese, Foglia tonda, Canaiolo, and Vermentino, as well as Tuscan IGP olive oil from the many centuries-old olive trees in the surrounding countryside. L&#8217;Antica Fornace is certified by the European organic certification body BIOAGRICERT. <\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-background is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\" style=\"background-color:#eeeee8\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>\u201cThe desire to go with the flow of tradition becomes an opportunity to breathe new life into our agricultural and cultural heritage in a contemporary way: rediscovering ancient knowledge with a deeper awareness.\u201d<\/em>&#8221;  <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Things to Do in the Area<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pisa, Lucca, Florence, Siena, and the coast are all just an hour&#8217;s drive from L&#8217;Antica Fornace.
