The Vendicari Nature Reserve<\/a> has a unique ecosystem with a high salinity level that attracts many birds during their migration and also supports beautiful flowers and plants. Natura Iblea is one of the largest organic producers in Southern Italy. They supply, for example, Sicilian citrus marmalade made with cane sugar, honey (including the famous carob honey), sprigged and crumbled oregano, extra virgin olive oil, and tomatoes dried in the Sicilian sun. <\/p>\n\n

Cantina Marabino produces wines from the “Eloro e Noto” DOC region. These prestigious wines are known throughout the world, such as the Nero d’Avola and Moscato di Noto. Marabino follows the principles of biodynamics in its winemaking. They do not add sulfites to their wines in order to preserve the quality and characteristics of the region. <\/p>\n\n

The winery is nestled amid the beauty of the countryside, spans no less than 30 hectares of vineyards, and produces about 120,000\u2013130,000 bottles of Nero d’Avola and Moscato di Noto. <\/p>\n\n
