Zeeland

Zealand: where the land ends and the water begins. Zealand is Denmark’s largest island, but its landscape is intimate: narrow fjords, forests, and coastlines. Copenhagen is located here, but Zealand is more than just the capital. Drive out for half an hour and you’ll pass chalk-white cliffs, through sleepy fishing villages, and along dike roads with views of open water on both sides.
For nature lovers, Zealand is an island of contrasts. North Zealand boasts the dense beech and oak forests of Gribskov and the Kongernes Nordsjælland National Park. On the west coast lie the Isefjord and Roskilde Fjord: calm, wind-sheltered waters that invite you to go kayaking and birdwatching. Zealand is an island for those who want to travel at a leisurely pace: cycling along the water, spending the night at a farm in the countryside, and enjoying seasonal dishes in the evening.

It’s even more amazing than
or any dream you could imagine.”
