Podere Casa al Vento is a small-scale, family-run organic wine and olive oil farm. Paolo, Giulia, and their family run both the agriturismo and the 7-hectare vineyard. They also produce olive oil from a 4-hectare olive grove. Their most distinctive product is the Vino Nobile di Montepulciano, a full-bodied red wine that clearly reflects the combination of fertile soil, tradition, and craftsmanship.

As a guest, you’ll stay on the same estate where the grapes grow. That makes your stay even more special: you’ll see the rows of grapevines change with the seasons, smell the olive trees, and hear the peaceful rhythm of farm life.

• We use only our own grapes, grown in the vineyards surrounding the agriturismo.
• The grapes are picked by hand, in keeping with local tradition.
• After vinification, the best wines are aged in oak barrels, which gives Vino Nobile di Montepulciano its characteristic deep, round flavor.

You can taste the wines on site in the garden, in the wine cellar, or in a tasting room. A nice touch: the wines can also be ordered online, so you can relive your vacation at home.
